At TMJ Therapeutic Solutions, I offer a range of  therapy sessions that can be completed online and face to face. I offer both one-to-one and group therapy sessions from my base in Mold. 

My pricing and grief packages

At TMJ Therapeutic Solutions, I endeavor to keep my prices as low as possible so my services can be accessible to all.

My pricing and packages:

•   Grief recovery  one-to-one sessions (1 hour x 7 weeks) £300
•   Grief support groups  (2 hours x 8 weeks) £200. Minimum 3 participants, maximum 12.
• Helping children with loss  (2 hours x 4 weeks) £200. Minimum 3 participants, maximum 12.
• Pet loss support group  (1 hour x 6 weeks) £250. Minimum 3 participants, maximum 10.
•  Drawing and talking   £270 for 12 x half an hour sessions
• Sand Play  £270 for 12 x half an hour sessions

• CBT or Talking therapy 

       1 hour x 6 weeks £260

    • Creative therapy packages available- please ask for more details. 

Creative therapies include: Holistic Counselling, Authentic Movement and Art therapies.

All can be one to one sessions and group sessions.

One Hour talks cost £100, topics include fight or flight response, working with PTSD and many others.
